Essex:
M- F 6-8:00 pm
Job Pay commensurate with experience
We hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) immediately for the above locations.
Abria Therapy provides in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) dedicated to enhancing the lives of children diagnosed with ASD. (Autism Spectrum Disorder) Our mission is to help each child thrive and guiding them to reach their full potential. Responsibilities:
- Work 1:1 with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home
- Implement individualized treatment plans developed by your BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
- Collect data to monitor the progress and effectiveness of the individualized treatment plan.
- Provide regular written and verbal progress updates on treatment goals.
- Support the BCBA with training families on implementing treatment plans.
- Participate in team meetings and training workshops.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism including appropriate clothing, timeliness, and communication.
Qualifications:
Applied Behavior Analysis: 1 year (required)
- Experience working in an inhome setting
- Detailoriented, Conscientious, Dedicated, Energetic, Reliable (This is a must. Our clients need stability in their programs)
Education:
- High school or equivalent (required)
License:
- RBT Certification (required)
- BLS or CPR certification and/or willing to obtain certification
- Must have valid driver's license, valid car insurance, and access to reliable transportation
