Responsibilities

• Financial Oversight: Share responsibility for profit and loss including sales costs inventory and labor ,
• Team Management: Recruit hire train staff conduct weekly check-ins with leaders enforce procedures provide coaching discipline as needed ,
• Guest Service: Ensure exceptional guest experiences by setting high service standards fostering inclusivity ,
• Inventory & Stock Control: Manage inventory monitor shrinkage perform audits ensure restocking communicate needs with suppliers warehouse teams ,
• ​Operational Excellence: Oversee supply ordering enforce food safety processes manage waste maintain accuracy in POS systems ,
