We are looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented individual to take ownership of our front-of-house operations at Natural Elements Massage & Spa.+
Responsibilities
* Guest Experience & Sales: You will manage the schedule, handle inquiries with professionalism, and actively sell our services and products to help clients find the best solutions for their needs.* Operational Excellence: A luxury spa experience relies on the details. You will be responsible for maintaining the spa's immaculate environment.* Inventory & Ordering: Take full ownership of stock levels. You will ensure we never run out of supplies and handle the ordering process efficiently.* Social Media & Marketing: Help us grow You will slowly take over our social media posting to drive engagement and bring new clients through the door.+Who you are
