ED-Store GmbH & Co. KG is a rapidly growing company in the online retail industry located in Randolph, IA. Our main focus is on selling home fitness equipment, bicycles, e-bikes, garden furniture, and sports and leisure products.

To restructure our accounting department, we are looking for a

Clerk (m/f/d)
for the commercial sector (full-time)

starting on 01/01/2023 or earlier, permanent.

Your responsibilities:

Accounts payable/receivable
Reminder management
Preparation of payroll
Financial and asset accounting (including posting of cash, bank, and general ledger accounts)
Execution of payment transactions
General account reconciliation and verification
Preparation of annual financial statements
VAT returns/ZVM
Cooperation with the tax advisor

Your profile:

Completed training as a financial accountant/financial accountant (m/f/d) or equivalent
Strong numerical skills and understanding of their relationships
Willingness to independently familiarize oneself with new topics and continuously develop
Good presentation and communication skills
Enthusiasm and enjoyment for working with numbers
Good PC skills in MS Office, Lexware, and Fibu-Data desirable
Knowledge of English would be an advantage
Organizational skills
Friendly and responsible work ethic
Willingness to perform and work in a team
