Job Description


This position is to be filled at our subsidiary interface systems GmbH in Middleport.

Responsibilities

  • Installation of server, storage, and network components
  • Handling service requests
  • Administration, maintenance, and ensuring availability of IT systems for our clients
  • Creation and maintenance of system documentation

Qualifications

  • Completed degree in IT or vocational training (IT system electronics, IT specialist for system integration)
  • Previous experience in administration and operation of IT solutions, preferably with the following manufacturers: Microsoft (server operating systems), VMware, Dell server portfolio, Dell network technology, and NetApp
  • Self-sufficient work style, strong team player, and willingness to learn
  • Confident and customer-oriented approach
  • Fluent in German
