Call Center/Data Entry

Multiple Positions Available

Work Model:
Onsite Role (With options for remote once all training and QA scores are at Operations Standard and approved by the Operations Manager)

Required Assessment Testing:
AAR v2 and Basic Computer Literacy passing score to qualify for this role

Time off:
NO Time off during training or first 90 days; No time off during holidays (federal holidays exception) - This includes Dr appts

Shift: 8 am - 5 PM PST (May vary slightly upon completing training)


Required Skills:


  • Previous Data Entry experience (minimum of 6 months required)
  • Previous Call Center, Customer Service, or Customer Facing experience (minimum 1 year experience required)

Required Assessment:
(Desktop or Laptop only - no mobile usage)

  • Tests must be taken within the last 6 months

Education:


  • HS Diploma or GED (required)
  • Bachelors (preferred)

Top Daily Responsibilities:

  • Membership processing
  • Preparation and validation of information
  • Phones
  • Finance related activities

Top 3-5 Skills:

  • Analytical
  • Detail-oriented
  • Outgoing calls or call center experience (highly preferred)
  • Excellent attendance history
  • Experience with cash handling highly preferred (examples include accounting, Bank Teller, Cashier, Ledger)
  • Data Entry (alpha-numeric)

Job Type:
Contract


Pay:
$ $21.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Work Location:
On the road
