Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support.

This is a full-time position with opportunities for career growth.


Duties:


  • Upsell products and services to customers based on their needs and preferences
  • Analyze customer inquiries and provide accurate and timely responses
  • Enter customer information and interactions into the database with attention to detail
  • Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or to provide updates
  • Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customers and demonstrating empathy
  • Maintain a professional demeanor and adhere to phone etiquette standards
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:


  • Fluent in English (verbal and written communication skills)
  • Proficient in Spanish (verbal communication skills)
  • Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred
  • Strong data entry skills with high accuracy
  • Excellent problemsolving skills and ability to think critically
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Pay:
$ $20.00 per hour
