Are you interested in business administration and computer science? Business informatics offers the perfect combination of both fields.

At the Dual University, you will learn methods of business informatics (e.g. IT and business process management, system analysis and design), computer science (e.g. programming in Java, database design and programming), as well as advanced fundamentals of business administration (e.g. accounting, financing, and business management).

The practical phases at SAP will give you deeper insights into the work of a business informatics professional, tailored to your field of study, such as development, consulting, or service & support.

All students spend at least one practical phase in the development department, but afterwards they primarily work in their desired field of study.

The practical phases take place at our locations in Walldorf or St. Leon-Rot.

At the Walldorf location, you can choose between three study directions:

Consulting
Software Engineering
Data Science

Consulting and Software Engineering are offered in cooperation with the Dual University of Mannheim and the Dual University of Karlsruhe.

Data Science is offered in cooperation with the Dual University of Mannheim.

Approximately 85% of the theoretical study content is identical for all study directions, while 15% is dedicated to specialization in the respective field of study.
