    Responsibilities/Skills/Experience Requirements:

    • Drive to customers' homes to diagnose and repair appliances.
    • Provide exceptional customer service.
    • Offer solutions to improve customers' home comfort and safety.
    • Maintain the company truck and parts inventory efficiently.
    • Complete assigned duties and tasks.
      • Requirements:
    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Mechanical aptitude and tool usage experience.
    • Previous experience with home appliance repairs is a plus.
    • Ability to follow instructions and processes for quality work.
    • Proficiency with smartphones for part ordering.
    • Pass background and drug screenings.
    • Valid driver's license.
    • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including overtime.
    • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
    • Ability to handle physical demands of the job.
