Establishes an individualized plan of care for each patient. Provides direct and indirect patient care.Education:
Minimum Education and/or:
Graduate of an accredited nursing school (AD in Nursing, RN Diploma, or BSN)
Experience:
Newly licensed RN may apply but may need to complete appropriate specialty training for the area
