    About Our Client

    My client is a sophisticated global law firm based in NYC. They are a growing and collaborative tax team who is looking for an experienced tax professional to join their team.

    Job Description

    Responsibilities:

  • Leading the US based tax team with the Partners Affairs & Tax function
  • Working with the PAT leadership team to manage US tax risk across the group and support the deliver of the team's global strategy
  • Tax structuring, tax risk, policy, and governance
  • Tax compliance and advisory
  • Liaison with other crucial individuals - US and global CFOs, external tax advisers and IRS

    Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of relevant experience within the space (partnership tax experience)
  • CPA required
  • Public accounting or legal background required
  • Excellent communication skills
