Join our successful team as an Administrative Coordinator. Work closely with company founder and managing partner to promote the firm's brand and growth. Increase organizational effectiveness through detailed development and implementation of administrative practices.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Aid partners by arranging calls and meetings.
Prepare advisors for meetings with pre-meeting briefs and documentation preparation.
Perform post-meeting reviews to determine next steps.
Plan and execute special events.
Manage data input and tracking on CRM software (customer relationship management).
Maintain appropriate office supplies and oversee maintenance of office equipment.
Effectively manage all administrative tasks.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
Functional knowledge of office best practices
Demonstrated ability to prioritize and execute a variety of office tasks and procedures
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
High detail orientation
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Effective listening skill
Self-starter with history of demonstrating initiative
Proficiency with MS Office Suite and Google Drive
CRM experience
Minimum of 3 years in administrative role
Bachelor or Associates degree preferred

From $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
