Hours:

Mon-Thurs 8:00am - 5:00pm

Friday 8:00am - 1:00pm

Education/Experience:

High school diploma

- dental office experience

Greet patients, answer phones, schedule appointments, and prepare patient charts
Provide concierge level customer service while interacting with patients and team members over the phone, in person, or via electronic communication
Schedule appointments to optimize patient satisfaction, provider time and most effective use of exam and treatment rooms
Present treatment plans/financial arrangements and collect patient responsibility
Manages patient flow to reduce patient wait time
Maintains reception area in a neat and orderly condition
Maintains confidentiality of all information in accordance with HIPAA
