    Description

    Job Positon :
    CNC 5-Axis Mill Operator
    Location: Mebane, NC
    Shifts: 2nd and 3rd Shift

    Pay Rate:     $24 - $29 per hour

    Position Overview:     We are seeking a skilled CNC 5-Axis Mill Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CNC machining, with specific experience operating 5-axis milling machines.

    This role requires excellent troubleshooting skills, the ability to read and interpret blueprints, and proficiency in performing machine setups and tooling offsets.


    Key Responsibilities:

    + Operate CNC 5-axis milling machines to produce precision parts.+ Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints to understand the specifications and requirements.+ Perform machine setups, tooling offsets, and adjustments to ensure accurate production.+ Troubleshoot and resolve machining issues to maintain quality and efficiency.+ Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools to ensure they meet quality standards.+ Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety protocols.


    Qualifications:

    + Proven experience as a CNC mill operator, with a focus on 5-axis machines.+ Strong troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitude.+ Ability to read and understand engineering prints and specifications.+ Familiarity with tooling offsets and machine setup procedures.+ High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or training in CNC machining is a plus.
