Responsibilities:

  • All tasks related to dispatch, such as order planning, freight planning, and commissioning of depot transports, deliveries, and pickups
  • Order acceptance and processing, including order confirmation and quotation preparation, including information transfer to depots and customers
  • Processing and recording of all relevant data in the ERP system Microsoft Navision Dynamics
  • Consultation and support of customers, including quotation preparation and availability checks
  • Management of ongoing orders
  • Invoicing and invoice processing
  • Checking depot inventories and reconciling with the ERP system
  • General office tasks and support for accounting

Qualifications:

  • Completed commercial training
  • Professional experience, ideally in the logistics or moving industry
  • Experience in dispatch and order processing
  • Experience with an ERP system, preferably MS Navision Dynamics
  • Strong customer and orderoriented mindset
  • Teamwork skills
  • High level of organization and ability to work independently
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
