Job Summary:

We are seeking Hiring Staff to join our team for an upcoming conference in Phoenix, AZ. This role involves various administrative tasks and event coordination responsibilities.


Duties:


  • Provide customer support services to attendees
  • Assist with personal assistant duties for conference organizers
  • Coordinate various projects related to the event
  • Transcribe important information accurately
  • Demonstrate strong computer literacy skills

Requirements:


  • Strong customer support skills to assist attendees effectively
  • Ability to handle order entry tasks accurately and efficiently
  • Experience in providing personal assistant services is beneficial
