Position:
Full-Time Nursing Scheduling /Staffing Coordinator

Salary:
$28-$35 per hour

Responsibilities:

As a Nursing Scheduling /Staffing Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations within our facility

Your responsibilities will include:

Crafting schedules and daily assignments for CNAs, CMTs, and Nurses with meticulous attention to detail.
Assisting the Director of Nursing in various tasks such as interviewing, hiring, and maintaining employee records.
Reviewing punch details and calculating certified hours accurately to facilitate payroll processing.
Maintaining attendance records and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Conducting reference checks on nursing applicants to ensure the highest standards of professionalism.
Proactively following up with newly hired staff to ensure all onboarding requirements are met.
Fulfilling additional duties as delegated by the Director of Nursing or Administrator.

Requirements:

Minimum one year of experience as a staffing coordinator in a nursing facility.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with staff and management.
