Sales Representative (Field Sales) for Northern Germany / Northern Europe

Your Responsibilities

  • Independent acquisition of projects and support of customers until the order status is achieved
  • Conducting customer visits, reference presentations, consulting discussions, and other tasks to promote awareness and project completion with involved parties such as hospitals, doctors, architects, planners, industrial partners, and distributors
  • Market analysis and determination of focus regions
  • Support of industrial partners through regular visits, contacts, and assistance with customer appointments
  • Technical support and supervision of distributors in the Scandinavian countries
  • Independent creation of offers and presentations
  • Followup and documentation of open opportunities
  • Visiting trade fairs and conferences
  • Analysis of the sales area and development of a sales strategy
  • Creation and maintenance of sales opportunities
  • Development of an annual plan and regular review
  • Regular reporting on activities

Your Profile

  • Completed vocational training with a university degree, preferably in the field of construction, engineering, medical technology, or project management
  • Min. 3 years of professional experience in project sales
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Entrepreneurial and strategic thinking
  • Strong communication skills
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Strong customer and solutionoriented thinking
  • Teamwork skills
  • Very good, fluent English in spoken and written form, additional foreign languages advantageous
  • Very good knowledge of common MS Office products
  • Experience with ERP systems
