    Description
    Coordinate payroll


    • Maintain accurate financial records and provide regular reports
    • Coordinate accounts receivable and payable
    • Oversee that practice and rooms are clean, tidy and accessible
    • Oversee day to day practice operation
    • Ensure consumables and equipment are kept in stock and maintained to the manufacturer's standards and conditions
    • Coordinate staff employment and rosters
    • Coordinate the interviewing and hiring of staff

    Medical background Nurse or MA ideal


    • Previous experience with the clinicals software
    • Previous experience in a management or high level practice administration position
    • Experience in billing, financial management systems and reporting processes
    • Experience in payroll systems
    • Understanding of medical terminology/ health organizations
    • Ability to lead a team and encourage teamwork
