Position:
Development Manager


Overview:

Requirements:

Ø Education and/or Experience equivalent to a Bachelor's Degree

Ø Background knowledge of FFA and Agriculture Industry preferred

Ø Fundraising experience

Ø Self-starter, organized, and ability to manage multiple priorities

Ø Ability to work independently to meet timelines

Ø Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ø Microsoft Office 365 and Donor Management Software

Ø Passion to serve the Pennsylvania FFA and its members


Annual Required Attendance:
Ø 6 Board of Trustee Meetings

Ø 5-10 Committee Meetings

Ø State FFA Convention

  • June
Ø Mid-Winter Convention

  • Jan
Ø Ag Progress Days

  • Aug
Ø PA FFA Foundation Golf Outing

Ø PA Farm Show

Ø Minimum of 6-12 Business and Industry Visits


Salary:

Ø 40 hour/week

Ø Salary is negotiable based on experience Starting Salary $65,000 - $95,000


Specifics:
Ø Position will work remotely with regular travel required

Ø Compensated business travel within budgeted allotment

Ø Internet access is required with office and technology equipment provided
