This important role assists the Health and Wellness team with coordination of care for residents in assisted living and memory care.
Have a current RN license in good standing in the state in which the community is located.Assist with training, onboarding, and coaching team members in the proper performance of nurse delegated tasks.
Communicate and interact with residents, families and team members in line with New Perspective values.
Support quality care and data collection initiatives.
Champion hospitality when providing customer service to community residents and their families.
Build caring relationships with your residents.
Work with a team of nursing professionals.
Assess resident's medical needs and implement health plans in a caring environment.
