    Job Title: Floating Nurse

    Location: Western and Southwest Minnesota

    Salary: Starting at $110,000 per year

    Job Type: Full-time

    Overview:

    Sunflower Communities is looking for a dedicated Floating Nurse to join their team. As a Floating Nurse, you will be responsible for providing healthcare services in assisted living and other healthcare facilities across Western and Southwest Minnesota, ensuring patients receive top-notch care.

    Floating Nurse (RN) Responsibilities:

    • Provide skilled nursing care in various healthcare settings.
    • Conduct comprehensive health assessments and create personalized care plans.
    • Administer medications and treatments as directed.
    • Monitor vital signs and intervene when necessary.
    • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to meet patients' needs.
    • Maintain accurate medical records.
    • Educate patients and families on health matters.
    • Adhere to healthcare policies and procedures.
    • Ensure equipment and supplies are in good condition.

    Floating Nurse (RN) Qualifications:

    • Current RN license in Minnesota.
    • Flexible schedule and willingness to travel.
    • Preferably a Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
    • Minimum 5 years of clinical nursing experience.
    • Background in geriatric care is a plus.
    • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
    • Valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
