Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Bartender to join our team.

As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a timely and efficient manner.

Your friendly demeanor and knowledge of mixology will contribute to creating a positive and enjoyable experience for our patrons.


Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and take their drink orders promptly
• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies and cleaning glasses, utensils, and bar equipment
• Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring their satisfaction with their drinks and overall experience
• Check identification to verify legal drinking age and refuse service to intoxicated or underage individuals
• Upsell additional menu items or promotions to increase revenue
• Handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register or POS system
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operation of the bar area during busy periods or events
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and alcohol control policies

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Bartender in the hospitality or food industry preferred
• Knowledge of various drink recipes and mixology techniques
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating tips
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse clientele
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining composure under pressure
• Strong multitasking skills to handle multiple drink orders simultaneously
• Familiarity with banquet or catering events is a plus
