Two positions open

Responsibilities:

Leading a landscape team of 25+ people.
Positive attitude and attention to detail.
Skilled in operating skid steers and attachments, trucks, and trailers proficiently.
Strength in training others in equipment and project needs.
Participate in meetings to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Problem solving on site and teaching others to do the same.
Communicating effectively with customer and other teammates.
Humility in leadership and capacity to lead by example.
Fit and follow the DeHamer Landscaping Core Values.

Requirements:

Ability to work with and lead team members, develop trust with others and maintain clear lines of communication
Solid conflict resolution skills
Solid organizational skills and ability to continuously improve processes
Experience in landscaping
Crew leadership or project management experience.
Lead from our Mission Vision and Values
CDL class A preferred.
