Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with design and production teams to develop innovative consumer goods and specialty paper products.
- Communicate effectively with retailers to understand their specific needs and translate these into detailed product specifications and orders.
- Manage the full project lifecycle, ensuring all milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Maintain clear and precise documentation to ensure all customer specifications meet industry standards and exceed customer expectations.
- Coordinate with crossfunctional teams to streamline workflows and enhance project efficiency.
- Ensure highquality outputs by maintaining a keen eye for detail and accuracy in all project documentation.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the consumer goods and specialty paper and design industries.
- Strong understanding of market trends, product specifications, and customer needs.
- Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively liaise with retailers and internal teams.
- Detailoriented with a commitment to delivering highquality, accurate work.
- Ability to work independently and remotely, with reliable access to necessary tools and technology.
Preferred Skills:
- Previous experience writing customer specifications and orders for retailers.
- Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in consumer goods and specialty paper and design.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft office a must
