Our services in the outpatient care service include:

  • a needs-based care and support offer,
  • protection and preservation of independence, taking into account the specific life situation,
  • enabling participation in social life,
  • maintaining and shaping life in familiar surroundings and promoting self-responsibility and self-determination.

The services are tailored to the needs of those seeking help. Our goal is to avoid or shorten inpatient stays and to ensure care at home as an alternative to nursing homes.

Would you like to be part of our outpatient care team?

We operate in Portland and the surrounding area and are looking for an experienced nursing professional to strengthen our long-standing team as soon as possible.

Your future tasks will include, among others:

  • caring for our clients in their homes
  • carrying out all nursing measures within the scope of basic care
  • household care
  • documentation and data collection of nursing services
  • participation in team meetings
