Tools you will need to come equipped with:

Bachelor's degree shown on your resume (or current enrollment in a four year university)
Willingness to work with students inhome
Commitment to working with any students you accept through the end of the school year
Minimum of one year of tutoring and/or teaching experience
A professional work ethic with strong organizational and time management skills
Strong written, virtual, and phone communication skills
A reliable mode of transportation
Energy, passion, and integrity
