We are looking for a training program for nursing assistants (m/f/d) with a focus on nursing (Kempten Hospital, Kempten Vocational School) for 2024 to join our clinic network.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN WITH US

In theory

You will learn the theoretical foundations of the nursing profession through exciting and tailored lessons to gain the necessary knowledge and skills.

In practice

You will work with the nursing staff on the wards in shift work
You will receive an individual deployment plan from us, allowing you to gain experience in various inpatient departments and also get to know the outpatient sector
You will be accompanied by mentors and practical instructors during this time
You will benefit from the wide range of expertise within our clinic network during your practical assignments

WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU

Successful completion of secondary school or equivalent education or a completed vocational training
Completion of 16 years of age
Physical fitness for a job in nursing
