The ESA Group has been providing security services for various objects with special protection needs nationwide for around ten years.

With a total of approximately nine hundred employees, we ensure security at more than ten German airports, provide services for ministries and other public institutions of special importance, and implement protection for events and individuals with a high level of risk.

We are looking for a Master of Security and Safety as Operations Manager to oversee the implementation of our contracts.

Responsibilities:

Professional management of highly specialized security services, in accordance with DIN
Overall responsibility for the operational implementation of contracts with approximately 150 employees, mainly for public clients
Professional leadership of security personnel and shift planners, disciplinary leadership of security personnel in collaboration with the HR department
Ensuring compliance with legal requirements, DIN standards, and specifications from performance specifications through regular quality controls
Design and implementation of inhouse training and instructions for existing personnel
Development of security concepts for major events involving protected individuals and implementation as an operations manager; collaboration with authorities

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Security and Safety (m/f/d)
Relevant professional experience, ideally as a branch/operations manager or site manager for a large object with at least 50 security personnel
Experience with DIN 9001/DIN 77200
Proficient in MS Office, electronic duty roster and WKS, ideally Disponic
Reliable in accordance with BewachV, ideally with ZÜP according to
