Overview:
Our company is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries.


Responsibilities:


  • Assist customers with account inquiries, transactions, and issue resolution
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently
  • Maintain customer records by updating account information accurately
  • Provide product information and pricing details to customers
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are resolved satisfactorily

Skills:


  • Experience in financial sales or banking is preferred
  • Knowledge of fraud prevention detection techniques
  • Familiarity with cash management procedures
  • Understanding of loan origination processes
  • Proficiency in 10key typing for data entry tasks
  • Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
  • Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately
  • Ability to manage customer relationships effectively
  • Sales experience is a plus

Job Types:

$ $21.28 per hour
