Overview:
Our company is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with account inquiries, transactions, and issue resolution
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently
- Maintain customer records by updating account information accurately
- Provide product information and pricing details to customers
- Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are resolved satisfactorily
Skills:
- Experience in financial sales or banking is preferred
- Knowledge of fraud prevention detection techniques
- Familiarity with cash management procedures
- Understanding of loan origination processes
- Proficiency in 10key typing for data entry tasks
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
- Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately
- Ability to manage customer relationships effectively
- Sales experience is a plus
