  • You will be responsible for coordinating and managing new construction projects, renovations, modernizations, and maintenance in existing facilities, ensuring quality, adherence to deadlines, and cost control
  • You will handle the tendering, awarding, and management of subcontractor and supplier services, as well as their technical and economic evaluation
  • You will be in charge of cost control and invoice verification
  • You will initiate approval procedures with building authorities and government agencies
  • Your responsibilities will also include facility management, building administration, and coordinating and monitoring summer and winter services
What do we expect from you?
  • You have successfully completed a degree in civil engineering or a comparable qualification
  • You have experience in the development, planning, and implementation of industrial construction projects
  • You have a solid understanding of tendering, execution planning, contract management, and construction execution
  • You have comprehensive knowledge and a secure application of building law requirements in industrial construction, contract law (BGB, VOB/B
