Beach Creek Post Acute, fomerly know as West Anaheim Extended Care, a skilled nursing facility, is looking for a business office assistant to join our team.

We are looking for an
experienced medical business office assistant with great communication and time management skills. This person must be organized, honest and have the ability to multitask.


Job Duties:


  • MUST HAVE MEDICAL BILLING EXPERIENCE IN THE LONG TERM CARE INDUSTRY
  • Assist in managing all insurance billing(Medicare, Medi-Cal,Hospice, Private Pay, HMO)
- work closely with nursing and administrator
- ability to work in a team and independently

  • Must know Point Click Care Software
  • Monitor and collect accounts receivables

$ $35.00 per hour
