Description
Position Summary:
The painter prepares surfaces and properly applies finish coatings of paint, clear finishes. Occasionally performs light carpentry work including installation of trim. Works the on-call rotation with maintenance team, helps with minor maintenance repairs as needed. Other miscellaneous duties as assigned by supervisors or managers of Facility Services. The hiring range for this position is $18-$25 an hour.
Major Responsibilities:
Prepping, patching and painting of walls and trim. Knowledge and ability to perform light carpentry work, including general skills such as installation of trim.
Required Licenses, Registration, Certifications:
High School Diploma.

Must have at least - 5 years of experience.
