- Earned PhD in Nursing (preferred), or doctorate in related field with a Master's degree in Nursing, DNP may be considered
- Eligible for RN licensure in the State of Wisconsin
- Demonstrated record of excellence in clinical practice (direct and/or indirect care)
- Experience in nursing administration preferred for teaching in the graduate programs
- Demonstration of knowledge and skills in contemporary practice issues related to the AACN Essentials for Baccalaureate, Masters and Doctor of Nursing Practice programs required

The Henry Predolin School of Nursing at Edgewood College is seeking a full-time, tenure track faculty member for the academic year.
Join a talented team of nursing professionals by teaching small classes, with a 7:1 student/teacher ratio.
Utilize our state-of-the-art clinical simulation lab at the Center for Healthcare Education and Simulation, which features a realistic patient setting that includes patient simulators with high-fidelity mannequins and three real-life, fully equipped patient rooms, each viewable from a control room with one-way glass and closed-circuit monitors and in-lab cameras.
Located on the wooded shores of Lake Wingra, Edgewood College is located in a friendly residential community, on a safe and scenic 55-acre campus.

Responsibilities include teaching at the undergraduate and graduate (MSN and DNP) levels.
Demonstration of excellence in professional nursing education at the undergraduate/graduate level and evidence of scholarly and community services potential are strongly recommended.
