Description

We are looking to fill an assistant inspector position to be an aid to our current Lead Quality Inspector.

Position requires dimensional and visual inspection of parts to various standards, and the ability to communicate with shop leads to ensure parts are correct and up to our high standards of quality.

Job Duties:

• In process and final inspection of precision machined parts.
• Use of conventional measuring tools to include but not limited to Micrometers, Dial Calipers, Trimos Digital Height Gage, Coordinate Measuring Machine, etc.
• Interpret customer supplied blueprints
• Accurately and legibly record all measured dimensions to submit to customer with final product.

Skills/Abilities:

• Basic Computer Knowledge
• Microsoft Excel
• Communication Skills
• Attention to detail
• Use of basic machine shop measuring tools
• Be reliable and punctual
• CMM experience a plus

$ $27.00 per hour
