Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef to join our team. for the summer fall season.

As a Chef, you will be responsible for working in many aspects of catering, including menu planning, food preparation, and on site catering.

Your role is crucial in ensuring the success of our events and providing exceptional the hospitality that our clients deserve


Duties:


  • Prepping for and executing catering events, including weddings, corporate functions, and all kinds of social gatherings
  • Coordinate food preparation, ensuring highquality presentation and taste
  • Grow into running on site catering events and working alongside other catering staff during events, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper handling of ingredients
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the catering kitchen, storage areas and on site at events
  • Assist with setup and breakdown of event spaces

Experience:


  • Previous experience in restaurant or catering cooking is required
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and presentation
  • Excellent teamwork skills and ability to accept direction
  • Exceptional hospitality skills with a focus on providing outstanding customer service
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining attention to detail
