$23-$25 per hour DOE and DOQEHS Teacher:
In this role, you'll be creating engaging activities that foster children's social, physical, and cognitive development. You'll craft both individual and group experiences tailored to each child's unique strengths, informed by continuous assessments and observations. Your work will also integrate parents' aspirations for their children, enriching daily activities with their goals in mind.
The Education Services Component aims to provide children with a nurturing environment that fosters social, emotional, physical, and cognitive growth.
This involves integrating various Early Head Start component areas into educational activities and supporting parents in reinforcing their role as primary influencers in their child's education.
Duties include ensuring safety during activities, planning and implementing age-appropriate routines and activities, documenting children's progress, and fostering positive relationships with parents.
Requirements include a minimum of 24 units in Early Childhood Education, bilingual proficiency (English-Spanish), and experience working with children aged 0-5.
Additional requirements include passing health screenings, possessing a vehicle and valid driver's license, maintaining fingerprint clearance, and holding pediatric first aid and CPR certification.
Physical demands include lifting up to 20 pounds, while the work environment is typical of a childcare setting.What's next?
