Creating Passion: Your Responsibilities

  • Managing development projects for electric motors and drives using the stage-gate process
  • Ensuring project meets time, cost, and quality targets
  • Coordinating project scope and implementation with customers
  • Assessing technical feasibility for project implementation
  • Collaborating with internal departments (development, production, quality assurance, purchasing, and industrial engineering) for successful project execution
  • Creating and maintaining project plans, documentation, and tracking project phases
  • Implementing risk management and maintaining adequate documentation
  • Leading interdisciplinary project teams

Contributing Your Strengths: Your Qualifications

  • Completed technical degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or equivalent (e.g. technician/master with relevant experience)
  • Several years of experience managing technical projects, preferably in electric motors and drives or mechanical engineering
  • Strong communication skills
  • Structured, responsible, and cost-conscious work ethic with flexibility
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Customer-oriented and culturally competent
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for business trips
  • Fluent
