Your responsibilities with us as Head of Account Management & Growth (all genders) in Waterloo, IL:

In your role, your focus will be on building and maintaining new and sustainable business relationships with existing clients.

The role is divided into three main areas of responsibility:


Account Management & Up-/Cross-Selling:


  • Together with the management team, you will expand our client base, think of new ways to approach them, and explore new areas of business
  • You will maintain contact with decisionmakers at our existing and potential clients
  • Working with the team, you will develop new and creative strategies and processes to make our product portfolio even more successful, including up and crossselling with the account team

Strategy & Business Development:


  • With your strategic mindset, you will identify potential for development and growth opportunities for Ray Sono and take responsibility for resulting projects in strategy development
  • You will stay uptodate with current trends, conduct market and competition analyses, and evaluate them in terms of business relevance together with the business development and product development teams

Professional and Disciplinary Leadership:


  • Together with an interdisciplinary and disciplinary team, you will lead Ray Sono's revenuegenerating existing client business. This includes managing project teams and keeping an eye on business potential
  • Your drive for innovation and curiosity will inspire and motivate your team
  • You will empower your team to perform at their best, provide coaching when needed, and act as a bridge between your crew leads and our
