Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages following standard recipes
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Check customers' identification to ensure they meet the legal drinking age
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately
- Upsell additional products when appropriate
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar role
- Knowledge of mixing drinks and creating cocktails
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fastpaced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
Skills:
- Experience with Aloha POS system is a plus
- Proficiency in cash handling and working with cash registers
- Familiarity with banquet or catering services is beneficial
- Sales skills to promote specials and upsell drinks
- Basic math skills for calculating orders and handling payments
