Residential Area Manager (m/f/d):


Full-time (38.5 hours/week):


Job Description:


  • Management of the care process for residents in the assigned residential area and regular evaluation
  • Professional advice, support, and guidance for employees in the residential area
  • Adequate communication and cooperation with external customers and service providers
  • Participation in the content and organizational design of the facility
  • Shift planning and implementation of care and employee visits

You bring with you:


  • Completed vocational training in elderly care or nursing
  • Completed training as a residential area manager (desirable)
  • Strong communication skills and leadership qualities
  • Structured work style and sense of responsibility
