- Directing the effective activity of multi-unit branch teams to achieve the assigned sales and service performance goals
- Training of the sales teams and service specialists on how to utilize all sales tools and how to identify sales opportunities
- Working in the field with the sales teams to evaluate and improve their sales skills and conducting appropriate audits to ensure all tools are being utilized and procedures are being followed
- Provide guidance on an ongoing basis to ensure the Branches are working to add, satisfy and retain customers.
- Use various Management Reports (MPR, P&L, Customer Base Analysis Report, Daily Time sheets, GPS reports, etc.) to keep track of all service-related functions, he / she needs to perform periodic in-Branch audits on a regular basis
- Assisting with the recruiting, selecting and retaining of the sales and service staff

As an Area Manager, you will lead and motivate multiple branch sales and service teams through excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Review the success and failure of current service goals and meet with Branch Management to ensure the proper procedures are in place and being followed.
