Junior HR Business Partner, Logistics - North Bay, WI

Your Role

  • As a member of the local German HR team, you will be based in Düsseldorf and report to the HR Director for Supply Chain Europe. Your main focus will be supporting the German Logistics business, which includes 250 employees across the Düsseldorf headquarters and two production sites in Pronsfeld and Upahl. Your main responsibility will be to act as a strategic partner to the German Head of Logistics, providing support in areas such as planning, transportation, commercial logistics, and warehousing. Some travel may be required.

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance and support to people managers throughout the employee lifecycle, in both German and English
  • Facilitate annual people and performance review processes
  • Drive the people development program and contribute to the leadership agenda as part of the Logistics Management Team
  • Develop and implement organizational transformation concepts and support global projects
  • Review labor law issues and maintain positive relationships with local works councils

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in business with a focus on human resources management or psychology
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in an international company, preferably in an agile organization
  • Proven experience in implementing strategic HR initiatives and managing organizational transformation and change
  • Strong knowledge of German labor law
  • Excellent consulting, facilitation, and coaching skills, with a proactive approach
  • Fluent in German and English
