Job Description

Small Bed & Breakfast style guesthouse seeking a Front Desk Agent to join our team Must be available Saturdays and Sundays.

Responsibilities:

Register and check guests into the hotel
Process phone and online reservations
Respond to guest needs, requests, and complaints
Collect payment for reservations
Keep records of occupied rooms and guests
Communicate pertinent guest information to designated departments
Setup and breakdown of breakfast
Keeping common areas tidy
Maintain inventory and place supply orders

Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service, front desk service, or other related fields
Ability to build rapport with guests
Strong organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Desire to create a pleasant and memorable experience for customers
