    JOB DESCRIPTION:
    The selected candidate plays a key role in providing efficient and effective support managing all governance processes related to the


    RESPONSIBILITIES:


    As an Associate Director for Risk Governance and Analysis, you will be responsible for all processes associated with the preparation and running of Management Risk Committee and Board Risk Committee meetings.

    Reviewing committee meeting materials for clarity and adherence to best practices
    Providing feedback and recommendations on these materials, when warranted
    Aggregating and posting meeting materials or other critical communications for committee review
    Overseeing all aspects of committee meeting administration
    Drafting committee meeting minutes and submitting minutes for review and sign-off by key stakeholders
    Overseeing the inventory of committee deliverables and action items to ensure that all committee requirements are being met
    Serving as a committee liaison to coordinate board committee agendas and topics
    Maintaining and reevaluating the committee charters from time to time
    Maintaining the committees' records
    Provide governance assistance to internal management committees and councils


    QUALIFICATIONS:
    Minimum of 5 years of related experience including technical or legal writing
    Bachelor's degree required. Masters or equivalent experience a plus
    Executive level committee minute taking expertise a strong preference
    General familiarity with regulatory oversight, demands, deadlines, and compliance protocols is essential
    Ability to work independently and as a contributing team member with minimal supervision leading multiple complex projects at a time and manage workload with shifting priorities
    Exceptional drafting, verbal, and interpersonal skills with strong attention to detail
    Proficiency in MS Office applications (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
