The Clock Tower Schools is seeking a hardworking, self-motivated individual who is capable of encouraging the development and implementation of Trauma Informed Care, monitoring the direction and development of staff, evaluating the student body culture and providing a safe and secure environment for the students and staff of The Clock Tower Schools.
Scheduled Hours & Days:
The Director of Student Support Services' schedule will be a full time, 5 day per week position, with on call hours.

Degree/Credentials Required:
Applicant must possess a bachelor's degree from an accredited 4 year college or university, have 2+ years of management experience, possess a valid driver's license, be able to pass comprehensive background checks, and submit a drug test.
Master's degree preferred.Essential Skills Required/Including but not limited to:
- ability to work in a Trauma Informed Organization
- understanding of trauma and its effects on behavior
- ability to manage teams in a variety of settings
Additional skills that may be helpful:
- experience and knowledge of Ukeru Systems
Starting Salary/Rate:
Full-Time Salary position. Compensation commensurate with experience.
The position includes health insurance, dental insurance, prescription plan, 401k plan and paid vacation after the employee has completed a successful 90 day probationary period.
