JOB SCOPE

Responsible for providing Food and Beverage service in lounge as well as Moroccan lounge.

JOB FUNCTIONS

Report to department, meeting the dress code and appearance standard, set by the company.
Check with your manager for any important information related to the hotel or your department
Greets guests according to the standards.
Apply food and beverage handling rules.
Position the liquor in display properly
Cut garnishes, fill up juice containers (if needed)
Check the music (volume) and adjust it according to the number of guests in the lounge
Constantly walk the lounge area (inside and outside), to pick up dirty glasses or plates.
Prepares accurate checks, follows cashiering procedures.
Restock the lounge fridges with items such as straws, glasses, cups, condiments.
Completely understand and follow the department and hotel standards
Takes responsibility to keep the lounge area clean at all times

Floor and floor mats

Drains (not clogged)

Trash containers (rinsed)

Sink

Back area

Cabinets, shelves and the counter

Retrieves food items from the kitchen.
Collects dirty items and brings them to the dishwasher.
Maintains guests satisfaction his/her top priority
Takes the initiative to serve the guests even if they are sitting in the gardens.

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in a full service, high quality bar, club, lounge or restaurant
1 to 3 years experience in a related area OR a combination of experience and education that provides the skills required for this position
Fluent in English, any other language a plus.
Requires strong organizational skills and must be able to work independently.
Must meet management expectations on customer satisfaction and problem solving attitude.
Capable of being discreet and cooperating with guests and staff.
Shows the willingness to learn and always willing to help others
