Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Transport Driver to join our team. As a Transport Driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting passengers or goods to their destinations. This position requires a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Duties:

Operate a variety of vehicles including vans, limousines, buses, or paratransit vehicles
Drive passengers to their destinations following predetermined routes and schedules
Ensure the safety of passengers by adhering to all traffic laws and regulations
Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking from the vehicle as needed
Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and passenger counts
Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance tasks such as checking fluid levels, tire pressure, and cleaning the interior
Handle any customer inquiries or concerns in a professional and courteous manner

Skills:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Previous experience as a van driver, limousine driver, commercial driver, bus driver, paratransit driver, or school bus driver is preferred
Ability to drive various types of vehicles safely and efficiently
Excellent knowledge of traffic laws and regulations
Strong communication skills to interact with passengers in a friendly and professional manner
Ability to navigate using GPS or maps to reach destinations accurately and on time
Physical stamina to sit for long periods of time and perform heavy lifting when required
