Warehouse Associates to join our team


Cabinet Assemblers will be responsible for constructing, assembling, and finishing cabinets according to standard operating procedure. This position involves using various tools, equipment, and materials to ensure high-quality craftmanship and the timely completion of projects.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Follow established procedures including using appropriate tools and hardware components to assemble cabinets.
  • Inspect materials and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Maintain and clean tools, machinery, and work areas regularly to ensure a safe and organized workspace.
  • Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors.
  • Collaborate with team members, including supervisors, and other assemblers, to ensure production deadlines and quality standards are met.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines when operating tools and machinery.
  • Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required and promote a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues.

Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent work experience
  • Additional certification or training in carpentry or cabinet making is a plus.
  • Ability to use a variety of hand and power tools effectively and safely.
  • Strong attention to detail, and precision.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Should be able to lift up to 49lbs.
  • Punctuality and reliability is a must.
  • Safety shoes are required.

Packaging Associates will be responsible for packaging cabinets and accessories according to daily production schedule.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Verify all product has correct paperwork, labels, and quantities before packaging.
  • Ensure product meets quality standards and has been modified accordingly then packaged with proper protection, labeled correctly, recorded, and placed in corresponding staging locations.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Safety shoes are required.

Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent work experience
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
  • Ability to work with tools and machinery.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Selfmotivation and the ability to multitask.
  • Punctuality & reliability a must.
  • Regularly lift up to 49 lbs.
  • Stand and walk, as well as push, pull, squat, bend and reach frequently during the shift.
  • Use carts, dollies, hand trucks and other apparatus to move items around the facility.
  • Follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Safety shoes are required.

UV Finishing Technician will be responsible for loading, unloading, and cleaning the various machines in the facility, especially all of our UV ray equipment.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Accurately input instructions and numerical values into the equipment being used.
  • Ensuring that when materials are changed, the thickness parameters of the equipment are consistent with the material thickness.
  • Handle various paint products effectively, and safely during operation.
  • Perform safety checks before operating equipment at any time.
  • Maintain and clean tools, machinery, and work areas regularly to ensure a safe and organized workspace.
  • Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors.
  • Maintain individual responsibility of ensuring that proper guidelines are followed, and quality standards are met.
  • Collaborate with team members, including supervisors, and other associates on various tasks when needed.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines when operating tools and UV ray equipment.
  • Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required and promote a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues.
  • Other tasks as assigned when there is no available work on the UV line such as quality inspection, etc.

Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent work experience
  • Basic experience with and understanding of operating machinery and using automated equipment is required.
  • Prior experience operating UV ray equipment preferred, but not required.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Ability to use a selection of tools and machinery both effectively and safely.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Selfmotivation, and the ability to multitask.
  • Safety shoes are required.

Schedule:


  • Monday to Friday.
7:

00am to 3:
30pm

  • Overtime when needed
