Weigel Broadcasting is looking for a Credit/Collections Specialist to work out of our CBS58 office in Milwaukee. This is a full-time position that serves internal clients in multiple locations and external customers across the country.

We are a family-owned media company, based in Chicago, owning and operating national television networks, as well as local broadcast stations throughout the country.

As a Credit and Collections Specialist you will identify and prioritize collection activities for delinquent accounts and establish a protocol to resolve, partner with internal Sales Managers and Account Executives to maintain client relations, maintain and document communications with clients, process credit requests and respond to customer inquiries.

Position works closely with management to resolve unapplied cash and unapproved orders, creating reports, and providing recommendations to reduce bad debts.

Must be proficient with MS-Office, have the ability to adapt to custom CRM software and calculate figures and amounts such as discounts and interest.

Excellent communication, prioritization, multitasking, and the ability to excel while working collectively and independently are required for success.
